CAT PUREBRED RESCUE (CPR) is a 501(c)3 no-profit organization,which was founded in 1994. Mission Statement: We are a permanent committee of cat fanciers, affiliated with the  "Responsible Cat Fanciers of the Northwest", who seek to improve    the life conditions of pedigreed cats of all breeds recognized by the    various registries. We plan to do this through education, identification, rescue, and placement.  Our goal is to reduce the abandonment and surrender to shelters of pedigreed cats.

Mission Statement: FELINE FRIENDS is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Feline Foster Network providing refuge, aid and care for unwanted, abandoned, abused or lost cats and kittens. Vision Statement: To provide community service in the areas of rescue medical services, placement, and spay/neuter. We are dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to cats and kittens through education. We are dedicated to strongly promoting spay/neuter to reduce and eventually eliminate the unnecessary killing and abandonment of unwanted cats and kittens.

MEOW is an all-volunteer non-profit rescue organization to provide temporary support, care and medical treatment to abandoned, neglected and abused animals in the greater Seattle area. We attempt to ensure that every adopted animal is placed in an environment where there is appropriate space, human contact and a commitment to safeguard and care for the animal for its entire lifetime. Our goal is to help create a "no-kill" nation, where no healthy animal need ever be euthanized. MEOW takes in hundreds of litters each year. Literally hundreds of other litters were destroyed at local animal control agencies because rescue groups such as ours didn't have the room or foster homes to take them all. Please help us save more cats and kittens! Come down to MEOW at Mercer Island Pet Grocery and talk to us or give us a call about being a foster home for cats or dogs. The President of MEOW is also a Washington State based Bengal cat rescue resource.

SCC is a 501(c)3 non-profit pet adoption referral organization dedicated to helping animals in SW Washington and greater Portland who are homeless, or about to be homeless, find deserving homes. We are a no-kill organization entirely staffed by dedicated volunteers.

Although we do not have a shelter, we maintain a list of hundreds of pets weekly and provide referrals. If you are interested in adopting and can commit to providing a loving home for the animal's lifetime we have many who would love to be your new companion.

LOCATION

Let people know about your rescue or a cat even if you don't have a website! This could be where you can tell people about your efforts and your cats. Or you can submit a cat picture and have it shown next to the information about the cat and your rescue until the cat is placed, then send another picture in and update your listing as often as every few days!  All reputable rescues and rescuers can list for FREE. Picture display will be provided for those with listed rescues who actively support responsible pet ownership.  

The Feline Rescue Network provides FREE EXTENDED LISTINGS WITH PICTURE OR LOGO & LINK to those rescuers whose applications for listing reflect an active support of responsible pet ownership. If  you are a rescuer or interested party or know of a RESCUE or NO KILL shelter and you wish it  to be added on our RESCUE listings, please fill out our electronic  form to submit the information.
