Alacatzam is dedicated to raising healthy, loving, companions for pet and show, while striving to work in all possible ways for the Turkish Van. 

We support rescue efforts for purebreds through donations and placement assistance and for all cats by working with our local shelters. We are also working to coordinate efforts for TNR programs in our community.

We raise our cats underfoot and have few litters per year to put all of our resources into our kittens health & nurturing. We raise natural rare breeds. We rescue strays, do rescue transport & Purebred rescue, donate to local and national rescue groups and Purebred rescue, and support rescue efforts through our cat club. I run an all breed Cat & Dog rescue in the Ohio, Pennsylvania, & West Virginia region. I go to kill shelters and find purebred & look a like cats & dogs and find them homes. I also donate food & equipment to help support  these rescues as in PA.     CFA, and soon TICA, CFF

Since 1988, we have been dedicated to the preservation, health, and well being of the wonderful Turkish Van cats. Our babies are much loved, never caged and their health is guaranteed. We use sound bloodlines, resulting in not only regional and national award winners, but hardy, fun, and intelligent companions.Over the years, we have provided a home for several rescued Turkish Vans and still actively work to place other rescues in need with loving families. I breed Turkish Vans in auburn and white and Bengals in brown and snow. The kittens, are brought up in a loving enviroment, and are vaccinated, registered and insured. I also do rescue of strays, breed rescue and transport.
